Senior Associate - HR Operations

Note: The job is open for Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad locations and this role is for APAC shift timings(starting 6 A.M.)

Your responsibilities as a Senior Associate (HR operations) -
• Interact with a variety of stakeholders across the business therefore the ability to clearly express yourself is essential
• Learning agility: There is a lot of variety in the work that you’ll need to do
• Willing and able to learn quickly to adapt to changes
• Attention to detail: The cost of mistakes in the work you are doing is high, so you’ll need to have attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Time management: Lots of the work you do impacts on others, so we need to turn requests around fast. You’ll need to be able to prioritise and manage your time to ensure you meet the deadlines required.
• Organisation: You love a spreadsheet, flexing your project management skills, being organized and are always looking for ways to streamline, make things easier and less clunky

You will fit right in if you have –
• 1-2 years experience in a HR Administrator, office Admin or Data Entry role (ideally multi-site)
• A keen interest in working and growing your career in People & Culture
• Well-developed computer skills across Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working with a HRIS or other software where you need to ensure accurate input of data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretion
• Experience following clear process flows and adopting a streamlined approach to tasks
• Verbal and written communication
