Flintridge Physical Therapy is located in Montrose, CA in the hub of the Montrose Shopping Plaza. We are professional, supportive, patient-centric and our goal is to provide patient-centered, therapist-conscious, quality physical therapy.

Flintridge Physical Therapy is patient-centered, therapist-conscious, outpatient physical therapy clinic looking for a Part-Time or Per-Diem, Therapist for our clinic in Montrose, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the rules and regulations of PTBC and APTA.
Perform all tasks and maintain professionalism within the scope of normal clinical practice.
Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of treatment activities and outcome data in compliance with organization’s quality standards.
Maintain communication with the physical therapist assistants and other members of the team.
Participate in patient education programs and staff meetings.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies.
Skills:

Board Certified Physical Therapist
Reliable transportation.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other staff members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a perfect fit for our TEAM. A PT who is committed to providing excellent care in a professional environment while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, accuracy, and The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, push pull pull up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions such as these: pushing, pulling, lifting, or maneuvering. This position requires that you will be on your feet for long periods of time; have excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability; possess outstanding communication skills; have a positive attitude; be able to work as part of a team; be responsible, flexible, responsible, and flexible with your time off days.
