Crest Physical Therapy and Wellness is looking for an energetic Physical Therapist to join out team (Full Time/Part Time). We are looking for someone who is focused on utilizing their manual skills, along with incorporating cutting edge technology, that we utilize to help patients achieve their goals faster. Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop a treatment plan to meet patients’ goals and needs
Provide a progressive treatment program to help restore mobility and function
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
Consult and practice with other health professionals
Document and communicate with doctors to help maintain continuity of care
Team player who is driven to provide the best care to our community
Skills

Manual skills to restore mobility and function
Effectively evaluate a wide range of orthopedic injuries as well as some neurological pathologies
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Ability to multi-task
Drive to continually learn and grow
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Valid CA license to practice physical therapy
CPR certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $84,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 30-40 hours per week
License/Certification:

Physical Therapy License (Required)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
