Job Responsibility:
Case Management:
- Handle all cases against the company, including critical litigation.
- Expertise in civil, criminal, labor, and consumer laws.
- Manage writs, SLPs, FAOs, revisions, and consumer cases at State and District Commissions.
Legal Documentation:
- Draft and vet replies to legal notices.
- Prepare written statements, rejoinders, affidavits, and submissions.
Liaison and Coordination:
- Liaise with police and law enforcement.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update MIS daily.
- Generate regular case status reports using Word and Excel.
Court Representation:
- Represent the company in court proceedings.
- Present arguments and evidence effectively.
Compliance and Advisory:
- Ensure legal compliance and provide internal legal advice.
Continuous Improvement - Stay updated with legal developments and improve litigation strategies.
