Job Description
Promote and sell Personal Loan (PL) financial products to eligible customers.
Identify and generate new leads through field sales, referrals, and customer databases.
Explain loan features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Assist clients in loan application filling and documentation collection.
Coordinate with banks / NBFC partners for smooth loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and leads in CRM.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial product guidelines.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
