Boutique, distinguished Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm in FORT LAUDERDALE is looking for an experienced PLAINTIFF'S Personal Injury Attorney to join their team! We represent individuals all over Florida who have suffered severe injuries as a result of a car or trucking accident, premises liability or other severe method of injury. (This job is 100% "IN OFFICE" so please do not apply if you need a remote position).
CAVEAT: This is a PRE-LIT position as we refer all cases out once a Complaint has been filed. This is a role that is perfect for either:
• You like to do Pre-Litigation work
• You no longer want to do Litigation work
• You're an inexperienced attorney who wants to try it
SALARY: $100k to $150k (DOE)
• IDEAL Candidates have 1+ year experience in either Plaintiff's Personal Injury (Pre-Lit or Litigation) or B.I. Defense Litigation in FLORIDA.
Even though this is a PLAINTIFF'S firm we will consider those who only have B.I. DEFENSE experience. Plaintiff's attorneys will be given preference though.
JOB DUTIES: representing plaintiffs in high-value cases, intake, evaluating new files, reviewing and analyzing medical records, writing demand letters, attending global settlement conferences, defending EUOs, a lot of client communication, case negotiation, settlement, and more. You'll need to be organized and carefully review medical records and bills to prove damages. Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload autonomously. Should be highly independent, organized and able to multi-task.
