Description

The Only Way Is Enforcement!

I am working with an East Anglia-based Local Authority who require an Enforcement Officer to join the team.

Park Avenue work very closely with this Local Authority and currently have another contractor working in the team!

This role will be churning through complex backlog enforcement cases, investigating some sites with more than one planning breach on it, changes of use and some householder cases.

Office presence is flexible with this position however site visits are required to be carried out; you can manage this yourself.

The contract will begin as three months but the manager has indicated the backlog will take longer and would hope the successful candidate would be happy to stay longer with an extension.

On offer is up to £42 per hour and there is opportunity for this to be either inside or outside IR35.

Interviews are planning to be held w/c 28th of October.

Could you be considered for this?

If so, please call me on 07763 200416 to discuss this further or email your latest CV to [email protected] to be put forward.

Please note: Not all roles are advertised. I am working with Numerous Local Authorities across the East of England who require contractors from entry-level to Directors to join their Development Management, Planning Enforcement & Policy Teams. I would be more than happy to have a conversation about additional roles which may suit your experience.
