Planning Solicitor/Associate - NQ-5 years’ PQE

My client is a leading Legal 150 law firm, based in its Southampton office, with an opening for a Planning Solicitor to join a Chambers ranked planning team acting for a variety of clients including private clients, landowners, house-builders, banks and housing associations.

Required

This firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support and training required to climb the career ladder. You will be supporting experienced Solicitors on a range of high-quality planning work (both contentious and non-contentious), to include:
• Planning applications and appeals
• Regeneration projects and section 106 agreements
• Having the autonomy to run your own caseload

My client can offer hybrid working between the Southampton office and remotely from home.

This Planning Law Solicitor Role Will Involve
• Growing your own caseload as well as assisting on more complex matters
• A clear career path from the outset
• Working with a wide range of planning law matters
