ROLE DEFINITION
We are seeking new resources for the Plant Cost Analyst team within the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) at Hyderabad. This role will support our strategy of centralizing plant cost accounting and providing standardized financial services to business partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide monthly transaction inputs to close process orders.
• Responsible for the monthly closing of plant ledgers.
• Develop total product costs by SKU, create cost standards, participate in revaluing standards costs, and link this information to outlook and PO processes.
• Work with various accounting and reporting systems, including SAP, BI, and Business Warehouse, to accomplish tasks and manipulate data for effective presentation.
• Analyze data and translate it into meaningful information, providing relevant, comparable, and accurate data for decision-making purposes.
• Support Operations, including cost analysis, inventory control, product unit cost reporting, identification and tracking of cost savings initiatives, and financial reporting for special projects.
