New Workers / Staff Joining Forms and Effective Boarding.
Co-ordination with HR Manager Located in Other Plant
Employees KRA/KPI Entry in Daily Basis
Implementation of 5's Training & SOP Training on set schedule
Resolving Labor Issues at Plant Level.
PF related issue solving at plant level ( Like Withdrawal / Loan / Transfer / KYC Etc )
Canteen Management & Staff Accommodation Management
Other's Like- Audit Related Works ( GRS / ISO Etc )
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
