• Budgeting Finalization - HR including Manpower
• Drive Direct Manpower cost optimization initiatives to meet the budgeted target for all plant locations
• Contract Labor Management
Talent Acquisition
Recruitment and induction of Direct & Indirect Employees
Statutory Compliance and other compliances
Ensure statutory compliances under various applicable Regulations
Plant Administration and Welfare Activities
• Facility and Vendor management
• Ensuring working conditions in accordance with the Legal / Statutory Requirements
Health safety and Environment norms
Formulate cost effective alternatives to control overheads.
Competency and Skill Development
Implement development actions based on skill and Competency gap analysis to enhance people capability in line with current & future business priorities
Employee Engagement , Communication and CSR
• Plan and Executive Employee Engagement initiatives for all category of Employees to enhance workforce engagement level
• Drive CSR Projects in-line with Organizational CSR plan
• Timely grievance redressal for a harmonious Employee relations
Talent Management
• Identification & Implementation of Development Plan for Talent Pool
• Identification of Critical Position and Succession Planning.
HRMIS
Compile, analyze data to that help streamline HR process
Required Candidate profile
MBA in HR with 4-7 years of experience in Manufacturing sector
