Job Title:

Plant HR Executive (Fresher)
Location:

Tumkur/Bangalore
Job Purpose:

To support the HR function at the plant level by coordinating HR strategies, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the smooth operation of human resources aligned with the organization’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews.
• Support workforce planning by analyzing manpower requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Address employee relations matters, including grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational HR policies.
• Manage and maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
• Coordinate with contract labor and vendor management for smooth plant operations.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR operations.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR basics, labor laws, and compliance is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position based in Tumkur/Bangalore.
• May require occasional travel to other plant locations.
