Job Summary
SolarMaxx is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar energy systems, including manpower handling, planning, and execution of O&M activities. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of total work experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations & Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Operation and maintenance of MCB, MCCB, and ACB
• Battery load testing and maintenance
• Rectification of problems occurring in PV modules, strings, and inverters
• Maintenance of SCBs and DC testing
• Monitoring of plant equipment and string monitoring at SCADA
• Preparation of documents according to PM schedules and maintenance of DGR reports
• Critical materials management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of total work experience. You should be able to commute or relocate before starting work.
