As a Compounding Operative, you will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure the smooth running of our plant. You will perform a wide range of plastic processing tasks, utilizing your skills and knowledge to maintain high-quality standards.
Schedule: Your working hours may include 12-hour shifts, rotating 4-day weeks, day and night shifts, with opportunities for overtime. This will require flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and team-working skills. Strong attention to detail is also essential, as is the ability to use your own initiative and accurately follow instructions. Ideally, you will hold a Bendi Truck certificate, but this is not a requirement.
