About the Role
As a Platform Manager, you will drive operational platform management across products and ecosystems. Your goal will be to enable internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user and client experiences.
You’ll work in an Agile-at-scale environment, partnering closely with stakeholders, business teams, and Agile squads while owning and refining the product backlog independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize epics, features, and user stories aligned to business value
• Act as the primary bridge between stakeholders and Agile teams
• Work hands-on with engineering for daily prioritization and release planning
• Define release scope, success criteria, and manage scope–time–budget trade-offs
• Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive Agile practices and manage team backlogs and roadmaps
Research & Innovation
• Leverage user feedback, analytics, and market research
• Run beta/pilot programs and evaluate external partnerships
• Stay current on competitive and industry trends
Technical Leadership
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to build scalable solutions
• Understand and challenge architecture decisions, technical debt, and resiliency
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Solutions Architect
• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or SDET
• Strong technical and architectural understanding
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
