Mandatory Skills
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Windchill APIs, and InfoEngine.
• Experience with Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and object customization.
• Good understanding of PLM concepts such as Change Management, BOM, and Document Management.
• Familiarity with Oracle or SQL databases and version control systems.
• Experience working in Agile development environments
