Role Description
The Project Management Analyst provides support services for projects, project managers, project offices or programme offices and helps deliver project tasks and ensures appropriate application of the project management framework. These services are provided to assist the organisation in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of the relevant projects and programmes.

Your key responsibilities
BM Associate with strong business management, analytical and reporting skills
• Managing financials for the domain, including Clarity project and programme run rates and Financial Books and Records, CapEx control and management, financial governance and other ad hoc tasks.
• Coordinating yearly budget planning for the Technology Programs, reporting current demand pipeline and sharing top-down targets with the team
• Ensuring bottoms up planning is in line with the top-down target in the system
• Reporting the gap between original ask and approved budget along with identifying and highlighting associated delivery risks
• Controlling purchase orders, renewing vendor resources to avoid delivery impact and tracking timely invoice reconciliations to avail discounts from the vendors
• Managing headcount for the domain, including forecasting, position management for internal and external staff, vendor procurement activities, managing perm hiring and backfills.
• Supporting on annual planning cycles and ongoing governance of the book of work, including milestone and benefits management, adherence to governance frameworks and others.
• Supporting with key people initiatives and communication activities within the group.
• Managing multiple ad hoc and short timeframe requests.
• Provide high quality end to end reporting & analytical services
• Produce dashboards & monthly MI
Your skills and experience
• Strong financial planning and control, and financial management experience with recent experience of portfolio budget management and monthly financial forecasting and reporting.
• Resource Management experience and ideally experience would be from working in a COO or Business Management type function.
• Demonstrable experience of managing projects, and experience in using Clarity would be advantageous.
• Proven cross-functional activity between project management, financial planning and resource management in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable collaborative working and working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment and ability to multi-task and prioritise, managing multiple priorities at the same time.
• Proficient in MS office tools
• Knowledge in working on Clarity Tool and Ariba / dbBuyer (P2P system) will be an added advantage
