Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hanumangarh for the role of TGT/PGT – All. The selected individual will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students at the higher secondary level, preparing lesson plans tailored to the curriculum, and delivering subject-specific instructions effectively. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, fostering academic curiosity, and maintaining discipline. The role also involves supporting co-curricular activities, promoting holistic development, and working collaboratively with other faculty members.
Qualifications
• Subject-specific expertise and proficiency in delivering higher secondary-level education effectively
• Strong organizational, lesson planning, and classroom management skills
• Ability to conduct assessments, analyze student progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Master’s degree in the relevant subject and a B.Ed. (preferred)
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching
• Commitment to fostering discipline, character development, and cultural values in students
• Previous experience in a similar education environment is an advantage.
