PeoplePriority is seeking a skilled Associate with specialization in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Law. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for the TMT sector and experience in providing legal counsel to tech businesses, telecommunication service providers, social media platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
Eligibility Criteria:
2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in TMT practice or a strong interest in the sector.
Ability to draft notes and memorandums on legal aspects such as domestic product launches, regulatory compliance, data outsourcing, payment systems, technology services, and gaming laws.
Experience handling transactions including M&A and PE/VC deals.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
