We are looking for an attentive individualto join Talbots as a Paralegal for our Private Residential department specialising within Post Completions, to be successful you need at least 12 months experience within a property related function.

As a Paralegal, you will be expected to provide accurate and timely administrative support to the conveyancing team.

What the job involves;

Undertake post completion processes in an accurate and timely manner, including updating relevant software including LMS, Lender Exchange, Help to Buy, Help to Buy ISA and SOS.
Actively chase outstanding completion documents from the seller’s solicitors and/or third parties as well as collect files from transactional teams to ensure that the applications are submitted within the priority period.
Assist lawyers in the conduct and management of standard conveyancing transactions such as sale, purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, registered titles, unregistered titles, leasehold and freehold properties.
Proactively deal with a wide range of queries across all method of communications, supporting all colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients,
· Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
What you need:

At least 12 months experience of the property sector, within an administration function.
Be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and refers.
Excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines, understanding the importance of working to strict time scales.
