Purpose:
Working closely with Business with strong focus on Microsoft and Tech Tools, delivering world class solutions to customers and building trust and leading by an example.
Scope:
This role will be global across Twinings and partners. To reach all markets, understanding the end-to-end business cycle and develop Power platform related automations. Work From Home/Remote work culture and Hybrid model like coming to office one week in a quarter.
Key Responsibilities
• Consultant-level customer engagement on Microsoft 365 Power Platform architectures and strategy.
• Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 Migrations and transformations, application migration/modernization, security & identity assessments and networking assessments and design.
• Deliver technical leadership and architecture on our engagements and provide feedback around the evolution of the solution.
• You provide Microsoft 365 focused support, including estimating, high-level solution development, and workshop delivery.
• Document relevant technical information including site schematics, system problems, problem resolution and knowledge base content.
• Provide technical training to customers - systems administration and end user.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility.
• Deliver WoW experience using tools and tech, providing cost effective solution
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in power platform and Microsoft 365 tools
• Leadership skills and stakeholder management
• Microsoft Certified Power Platform/Expert – Microsoft 365 is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and technologies
• Experienced in process automation
• Well versed with Power Platform Tools Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate
• Good knowledge of: MS Excel(VBA+), SQL, Word, Power Point, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dataverse and Microsoft Teams, RPA Tools i.e. AA, Power Automate Desktop, Wireframe designing, Analysing business requirement in detail, Security policies and configuration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Team player and cooperative
• Ability to learn fast with updated technologies
• Identify the scope for automation and consult, develop, design, test and deliver it.
