Key Responsibilities:
Media Relations
● Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and content
creators in the education, lifestyle, and business space.
● Proactively pitch story ideas, thought leadership articles, student and teacher success
stories, and event-based news to key publications.
● Maintain and update media lists and track outreach and responses.
Content Creation & Storytelling
● Write press releases, media briefs, bylined articles, and thought leadership pieces.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders (teachers, students, leadership) to uncover unique
brand stories.
● Support speech writing and talking points for leadership representation at panels,
webinars, or interviews.
PR Campaign Management
● Support execution of integrated PR campaigns around key initiatives, launches, events,
or academic milestones.
● Coordinate media visits, interviews, campus walkthroughs, and virtual press briefings.
● Work closely with the social media and content teams to ensure aligned messaging.
Monitoring & Reporting
● Track media coverage, prepare weekly and monthly PR reports with reach, sentiment,
and coverage analysis.
● Monitor competitors and industry news to proactively identify trends and angles for brand storytelling.
● Handle crisis communication support as needed, under supervision of senior team
members.
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or media (agency or
in-house).
● Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across long and short formats.
● Strong network of media contacts, especially in education, lifestyle, business or metro
beat (preferred).
● Experience in creating PR plans and executing them across earned media.
● Comfort with tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and fast-moving narratives.
● A proactive mindset, curiosity to discover stories, and confidence in media-facing
interactions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
