ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced PR, Media & Communications Manager to lead and deliver our brand communications strategy across earned, owned and internal channels. This is a high-impact role working closely with our CEO, Executive team and external agency partners to elevate our brand profile, reputation and advocacy nationally.

You will own and execute Prestige’s internal and external communications strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all audiences including clients, referrers, brokers, industry partners and employees.
You’ll lead all PR and media activity, manage executive communications, oversee our content calendar and deliver impactful campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Content
Develop and implement annual communications strategies aligned to the Marketing Plan
Lead email marketing (eDMs) for clients, referrers, staff and prospects
Plan and manage the content calendar across organic social, digital and email channels
Write and edit high-quality content across blogs, media releases, web, social and executive communications
Support the Senior Leadership Team with announcements, change communications and key messaging
Monitor and report on campaign and EDM performance
PR & Media
Write speeches, scripts and speaking notes for CEO and senior leaders
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists and industry stakeholders
Manage PR/media agency relationships and deliverables
Lead awards submissions, sponsored events and proactive PR initiatives
Identify media opportunities, industry trends and reputational risks
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. You’re confident working with executives and external partners, and you know how to translate strategy into compelling content.
You will bring:
Proven experience in PR, media and communications roles
Strong copywriting and editing capability across multiple formats
Experience working with journalists, agencies and earned media
Executive communications experience (speeches, scripts, announcements)
Knowledge of digital communications and email marketing platforms (e.g. Sugar, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar)
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines
Experience in healthcare, aged care or regulated environments (highly regarded)
Proficiency in AI tools for content development and productivity
