Practice Manager – Dermatology
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (On-site)
Salary: $95,000 – $135,000 + Performance Bonus (Commensurate with experience)
About the Practice: An well-established medical practice entering an exciting "high-growth" phase. A specialized customer focused practice is looking for a dynamic Practice Manager to lead the team through this transition into a high-volume, modern operation.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Enjoy a shorter "light day" to start your weekend!)
The Role
Hands-on Practice Manager to balance operational efficiency and oversee clinic flow, manage a diverse team, and scale operations. Ideal candidates possess a passion for aesthetics/dermatology and the cultural competency to lead and serve a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations, staff supervision, and patient flow.
Growth & Recruitment: Lead scaling efforts and hire new talent to support expansion.
Team Management: Manage scheduling and timesheets; provide mentorship for new and legacy staff.
Transition Management: Facilitate the evolution from legacy systems and paper charts to modern, high-growth standards.
Hands-on Support: Assist on the floor as needed to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
-3+ years as a Practice Manager; Dermatology experience preferred.
-Private practice or corporate medical environments.
- Proven ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Professional, approachable, and collaborative; able to align long-term staff with new operational goals.
