About Us

PlaySpace Paediatric Therapy provides mobile Occupational Therapy services to children aged 1- 12 years across the Gold Coast region.

We are a fun, innovative, and quality-driven service, we pride ourselves on play-based, engaging and meaningful therapy in a safe and supportive environment for children.

At PlaySpace Paediatric Therapy, it is our mission to support and empower children and their families to meaningfully participate, engage and connect within their everyday environments and occupations.

We are a values-driven service that holds our foundations central to everything we do. PlaySpace Paediatric Therapy’s foundations are:

Play: Play is at the heart of everything we do. It’s how children connect, explore, and make sense of their world. Through play, we foster curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning experiences that support development in meaningful and engaging ways.

Individuality: Every child is wonderfully unique. We champion individuality by nurturing self-expression, confidence, and the freedom to be your true self. Our approach is personalised, strengths-based, and respectful of each child’s story and journey.

Growth: We believe in growing together — children, families, and therapists alike. Growth means learning, evolving, and progressing at your own pace, with support and encouragement every step of the way. We celebrate the small wins and big milestones.

Connection: Connection is key to building trust, safety, and positive change. We prioritise genuine relationships — between therapists and families, children and peers, and within our team. We create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

These pillars ensure we are supporting our clients holistically, and allow our services to be guided by what occupations are important to the client and their family.

At PlaySpace Therapy we also appreciate how important work life balance is, which is why we create space for a well-balanced lifestyle by offering flexible working arrangements to all staff.
