Job Description
• The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation activities and to fix the meetings with the existing customers as well as prospective customers.
• To hunt for the clients through various activities like Google search, Social media Channels, Databases.
• Maintaining and organizing list of potential leads, maintain and generate reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To call prospective clients and introduce them with our Company and offerings and to fix the appointment for the sales team.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls & emails.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Should be able to add data base creation of prospective clients, cold calling and hunting sales for organization.
• Understanding of Company offerings, domain in less TAT (Turnaround Time) with training.
• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills - English, Hindi
• Has experience of 1-2 years in pre-sales
• Experience in lead generation
• Aggressively achieving sales target
• Conducting sales calls and closing the leads
