Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven 2 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support roles, preferably in the CCTV industry.
• Sound knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security equipment and software solutions
• Familiarity with networking protocols and IP-based surveillance systems along with AI based software solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical Solutions in pre-sales activities for our range of CCTV products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate security solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Assist in creating technical proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates for clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and product development teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to enhance product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and generate potential leads.
• Support post-sales activities, including product installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
