Position Overview

This is a fulltime Role reporting to the APAC Director of Technical sales. You will be based onsite in either Bangalore or Mumbai, India and will require the travel up to 50% of the time . This is an Individual contributor role ,however the role would require leading virtual teams spanning geographies and technology specializations.

Purpose: As a Technical Solutions Executive, you will partner with our Government Accounts Sales Executive to drive incremental annual recurring revenue (ARR) by translating technology challenges faced by Government entities in India into technical solutions that deliver strategic and business outcomes. You will be responsible for driving expansion and long-term partnerships in Government accounts by gaining a clear understanding of a customer's environment, challenges, and requirements.

Responsibilities
• Account Plan Development and Management: You will validate customer success plans and execute strategies for closing business and driving expansion.
• Customer Relationship Management: You will develop knowledge of Government organizations' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships.
• Customer Outcome Proposals & Value Engineering: You will lead and manage the technical discovery process, providing guidance in formulating requirements definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, and project assessments for sales opportunities.
• Customer Closure: You will align with important customer team members to secure technical closure of the proposed solution.
• Collaboration: You will develop trusted working relationships with our sales team and adjacent business resources.
• Internal Leadership: You will share best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within our sales organisation.

Minimum Qualifications
• A Degree in Engineering or Architecture from a reputed institute.
• 7+ years of experience in the AEC Industry.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Solutions for design like Revit, Civil3D, and Autodesk construction cloud.
• Expert level understanding of BIM and aligned Industry workflows.
• Prior experience in customer-facing presales/Technical Sales Specialist roles would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM platform
