Role Overview

We’re looking for a Presentation Designer with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of branding and B2B communication. The ideal candidate is someone who can transform complex concepts into visually cohesive and engaging presentations while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging and visually consistent presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) tailored for B2B audiences.
• Translate complex technical or business content into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Ensure strict adherence to client brand guidelines (typography, color palettes, logos, iconography, imagery, tone).
• Collaborate with content teams, marketing managers, and account leads to understand messaging goals and project requirements.
• Build and maintain master templates, slide libraries, and visual assets.
• Design charts, diagrams, infographics, and visual elements to improve clarity and impact.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
• Support additional design needs such as reports, pitch decks, and internal documents as necessary.

Skills & Attributes
• Strong Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Advanced Visual Design Skills – layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy.
• Brand Consistency Mastery – ability to deeply understand and apply brand guidelines across every slide.
• Design Systems Thinking – can create reusable templates and scalable visuals.
• Visual Storytelling – ability to simplify complex data and ideas into digestible, visual formats.
• Attention to Detail – pixel perfection and formatting consistency is second nature.
• Collaboration – team player who works well with writers, marketers, and clients.
• Time Management – organized and efficient, even in fast-paced settings.
• Adaptability – able to shift tone and design style based on client needs.
• Creative Problem Solving – bring innovative visual solutions to content challenges.
• Familiarity with B2B Marketing, branding principles, and corporate communication.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Animation/motion graphics experience.
• Experience designing for SaaS, technology, or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic wireframing.
