Participate in annual performance reviews to discuss your progress, set goals, and plan for continued growth and success within the company
Manage pre-suit cases involving property damage and personal injury, aiming to resolve disputes before litigation
Conduct thorough case evaluations, including reviewing medical records, investigating claims, and assessing liability
Draft and send demand letters, negotiate settlements, and communicate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
Maintain regular client contact, provide legal counsel, and keep clients informed about case progress
Work closely with medical providers, investigators, and other experts to substantiate claims and maximize settlement outcomes
Prepare cases for litigation when pre-suit settlement efforts are unsuccessful, coordinating with the litigation team for a seamless transition
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal legal requirements

Our client, a reputable law firm specializing in property damage and personal injury cases, is seeking an experienced Pre-Suit Attorney to join their team. The firm operates across 30+ locations with nearly 100 attorneys dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for clients by securing the maximum restitution. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who excels in a dynamic legal environment and has a strong track record of negotiating settlements and preparing cases for litigation.
