We’re a friendly and growing team offering online tutoring, work-from-home options, and in-person sessions across Sydney. If you're passionate about education and want to support primary school and high school students to do their best, reach out to us. Whether you're a uni student, graduate, or experienced tutor, we'd love to hear from you. We work closely with families in Western Sydney, particularly those from Muslim backgrounds. Applicants who are familiar with Islamic values or who come from culturally diverse communities (Arabic, Turkish, South Asian, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

We’re seeking reliable, enthusiastic tutors who can teach English, Math or Science (Primary to High School). Ability to tutor multiple subjects is a bonus! We welcome tutors who understand or are connected with the Muslim community in Sydney, or who are passionate about culturally responsive education.

This is a subcontractor role, meaning you will:

Work on-demand based on student needs
Be paid per session (hourly rate)
Have the flexibility to set your availability
Need to have an ABN (this is free & we can help you with the process + provide more info as to why it's needed if you are unsure)

Requirements:

Strong subject knowledge
Tutors that can teach a range of subjects are more favourable
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, friendly, professional, and responsible
Able to travel for in-person lessons (student homes)
Online sessions are also available
Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred (not required, we wil provide training and support where required)
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Must have a valid ABN (Australian Business Number)
You will invoice us on a per-session basis. Pay rates are competitive and discussed during the interview.
