Job Description
We are looking for an Architect with 2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. The candidate should have experience in preparing architectural drawings, 3D designs, and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design
Prepare 2D drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
Design residential and commercial buildings as per client requirements.
Develop 3D elevations and basic concept visuals.
Prepare working drawings for construction, including furniture and detail drawings.
3D Visualization
Create 3D models and elevation designs.
Support design presentations with visual concepts.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams.
Ensure architectural drawings align with structural drawings.
Update drawings when required.
Client Interaction
Attend client meetings to understand requirements.
Explain design concepts and drawings.
Make revisions based on client feedback.
Site Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors.
Visit project sites when required.
Assist the team during project execution.
Requirements
B.Arch degree in Architecture
2–5 years of relevant experience
Experience in architectural drawings and 3D design
Good communication and coordination skills
