Overview
We are a busy print shop looking for a skilled and reliable Graphic Designer / Customer Service Representative with at least 3 years of experience working in a print shop environment. This role combines customer interaction with hands-on design and print production preparation. The ideal candidate understands print workflows, communicates clearly with clients, and can move jobs efficiently from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand print project requirements
- Create and modify print-ready artwork for a variety of products (business cards, flyers, signage, brochures, etc.)
- Prepare files for production including proper sizing, bleed, margins, and color setup
- Check customer files and correct issues before printing
- Provide estimates and assist with order entry
- Coordinate jobs with production staff to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced print environment
- Maintain organized job files and customer records

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in a print shop
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Understanding of CMYK color, bleeds, imposition, and print formats
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wide-format printing and signage
- Familiarity with digital printers and RIP software
- Experience with estimating or print order management systems (Avanti)

- Promotional products experience would be a great asset
