Help shape workforce policy across the Queensland public sector. As part of a highperforming, collaborative team at the Public Sector Commission (PSC), you'll contribute to major workforce policy projects that support the implementation of workforce settings and drive best practice and integrity across the public sector.
Potential projects you may contribute to:
Developing Commissioner directives and practical resources to improve workforce settings.
Reviewing the recruitment and selection framework to strengthen policy and best practice.
Supporting ethics and integrity initiatives through guidance and resources.
Evaluating the new Workforce Mobility Directive to enable greater mobility across the sector.
