About The Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the Rocket Legal Artificial Intelligence team and the development of our AI solutions, including Rocket Copilot. Rocket Lawyer is building the safest and most ethical legal platform by combining the latest advances in AI with the power of legal, tax and business professionals. AI and ML is a key capability of the Rocket Legal Cloud enabling us to provide affordable and simple legal services across the globe.

Reporting into the Chief Product Officer at Rocket Lawyer, this role will head up all AI work at Rocket Lawyer, working directly with Marketing, Design, and Engineering, and with our C-level Executive team. Rocket Lawyer is developing its AI solutions on Google Gemini and so additionally you will manage the collaboration with the Google Cloud team. You will be responsible for our AI portfolio of solutions for individual, small business and enterprise customers, in multiple markets, planning and delivering on our AI product roadmap in order to create a delightful experience for customers and to grow product revenue. You must have plenty of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, agile product delivery, and in launching and optimising products to create significant value for customers and in driving rapid revenue growth.

Responsibilities
• Drive AI product development to fulfil the Rocket Legal AI strategy across the company
• Commercially manage a portfolio of AI solutions, working with Engineering and Finance to ensure product is delivered on time to meet financial goals
• Work with the Product Marketing team to shape and take new AI solutions to market, and optimising them in market to drive metric improvements, meet KPI targets and customer need
• Work with the Project Management team to ensure the timely delivery of AI solutions to market
• Work with our head of Data Architecture and CTO to develop our ML platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers and the executive team to ensure your team is aligned with business objectives
• Establish and manage a team of AI specialists to develop and operate our Rocket Legal AI solutions
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/ML space, and apply relevant insights to improve Rocket Legal AI capabilities
• Manage our collaboration with the Google Could team

Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience building mobile and web products for consumers, small businesses and enterprises
• 3+ years experience developing and managing AI/ML products
• Extensive experience in Product Management discipline doing analysis, market & customer research, owning roadmap, and delivery
• Knowledge of the ML workflow, spanning from annotation, model training, model serving, scoring, pre/post processing, productionization and feedback capture
• Knowledge of data ecosystems, spanning from data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, data orchestration, and data privacy considerations and governance
• Leadership and people management experience building and leading high-performance product teams that collaborate well with design, engineering, marketing, and finance teams
• Experience operating and thriving in a high-growth, metric-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on environment
• Excellent ownership and communication skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization in order to drive execution
• As much a doer as a thinker, who makes timely decisions, with the creativity to deliver incredible customer value and rapid product revenue growth
