As a Principal Product Manager (Tech) for the team, you will define the product strategy for the business, drive appropriate technology choices, lead the way for continuous innovation, and shape the future of e-commerce. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the Amazon vision. You will play a pivotal role in driving our team's engineering and operational choices and processes as well as driving alignment with partner business, engineering, and science teams across Amazon on high profile projects that create new experiences for shoppers and advertisers. You will be instrumental in initiating greenfield projects and driving their development through all stages from inception to deployment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience with using Generative AI tools to develop product ideas, conduct product research and competitive analysis, and to author documents.
Experience with advertising

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
