This growing co-development studio, now in its seventh year of operation, are looking to hire world class technical coders who have excellent C++ with Generalist, Core Tech, Engine or Graphics expertise to work on AAA console and PC titles. They are looking for hands-on Principal Programmers to join them providing consultancy services to AAA game development studios working on the latest tech. You’ll be involved in tasks which could cover any part (or all) of the lifecycle of a game, from initial project technical due diligence, technical roadmap, R&D, architecture and prototyping through development of systems, core tech, graphics and engine (In-House & 3rd Party) to profiling, optimisation and bug fix. The team currently have five projects they’re supporting, recent clients include Sony, Housemarque, Sharkmob, EA and Firewalk. Ideal background is a highly skilled and experienced technical Programmer with full lifecycle development experience (Console & PC), who is also capable of leading a small team and working with clients. You’ll have excellent C++ with Generalist, Core Tech, Engine or Graphics expertise. This is a fully remote working position (UK based only), salary to £120k dependent on experience with Bonus and Benefits. No Visa sponsorship is available currently.
