Job Description
You will play an important role in the design, implementation, delivery and coordination of leadership and management capability development programs and initiatives to support the capability development of the Queensland Health workforce.
What you'll do
Lead end-to-end learning and development initiatives, including capability analysis, solution design, facilitation and evaluation aligned to organisational objectives.
Manage projects and change activities using contemporary methodologies, ensuring quality outcomes, risk management and benefits realisation.
Provide authoritative advice, reporting and high-quality documentation to senior stakeholders, supported by data and evaluation insights.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, drive continuous improvement, and promote a learning-focused, outcomes-driven workplace culture.
About you
We are searching for someone who has demonstrated:
high level knowledge of contemporary approaches to the design and delivery of learning and development products and services.
experience facilitating the delivery of learning and development programs and group process design in both face to face and virtual environments, applying adult learning principles.
high level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead consultation and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to form collaborative solutions and implement appropriate strategic responses.
ability to deliver outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
