BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Extensive experience with machine learning and AI development frameworks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture
Demonstrated experience in developing large-scale, complex software solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical discipline
Deep expertise in generative AI technologies and large language models
Experience with cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture
Published research or significant contributions to AI and machine learning conferences
Background in advertising technology or e-commerce platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $311,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
