Controller Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or VP of Finance in a company with a revenue of over $600 million.
- Experience managing multi-legal entities.
- Ability to navigate complex management structures.
- Knowledge of multiple lines of business (LOB).
- Experience with acquisitions and integrations.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
- Private equity (PE) experience is a must.
- A CPA and MBA are required.
- Ability to reduce the financial close timeline, currently at a 16-day cycle, by addressing various issues.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and the board of directors on a daily basis.
- Familiarity with rating agencies and public debt management.
- Proven ability to analyze financial performance effectively.
