Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and client-focused Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support to attorneys and assist with a variety of legal tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational abilities, a passion for the law, and a commitment to helping people.
Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses
Manage case deadlines, docketing, and court filings
Organize, review, and summarize discovery materials, including depositions, medical records, and financial documents
Coordinate and prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and ensure excellent client service
Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy
Assist with trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, and witness coordination
Maintain case files, organize evidence, and ensure accuracy and readiness for court proceedings
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Strong people skills with a client service mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and client interaction skills
