We are hiring for the below positions:
Process Associate (Minimum 1-year experience in any accounting functions (AP, AR, GA).
Accounts Payable:
l P2P (Invoice Processing, Vendor Creation, PO & Non PO, 2-way & 3- way Match)
Accounts Receivable:
l Cash Posting, Reconciliation, Collections Data Entries, BRS, O2C,
Job Description:
1. Process invoices as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets
Handles key production functions such as period-end close, reporting and records reconciliation, database updates and other defined deliverables as assigned.
2. Provide full support on new businesses integration as assigned from time to time.
Assists with the training of new members of the team and new hires aligned with the designed training program.
3. Possess in depth understanding of Accounts Receivable principles, including general ledger.
Strong in accounting principles.
4. Ensure that the SLAs are met as per the client’s requirement.
5. Maintain healthy client relationship and contribute effective value add to the clients Business.
6. Experienced in handling calls and queries from the clients.
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during quarter and month ends.
+. Reviewing the work of other junior associates assigned by the immediate supervisor.
10. Performs other tasks as required by TL.
Skillset:
1. Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an experience in AP, AR or GL invoice processing, junior financial analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar role.
2. With a good understanding and working knowledge of ERP tools.
3. With good knowledge and skills in Excel.
4. With Accounting, Finance or other related degrees.
5. With good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
6.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and
delivering against deadlines.
7. Flexible to work in any shift.
