Job Description:
Role Description
• Person would be Processing Daily Batching of Group Policies. This includes depositing funds to policy based on documentation received via Citibank Lockbox. Lives, Volumes, and Premiums are to be updated if applicable. The specialist will determine if the policy can be actualized with our actualization business rules. The account is then identified is IGO/NIGO. If the policy is IGO there is no further action required if the policy is NIGO, funds will be deposited on policy and the account will be updated with provided data. NIGO accounts will then be assigned to a Premium Specialist in the US for further research/reconciliation.
Skills/Knowledge
Desirable:
• University degree with (0 to 2) yrs. of work experience (in BPO insurance field preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills

• Analytical with high attention to details
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills to analyze operational problems in a timely and accurate manner

Responsibilities
• Processing tasks, including managing input data, data entry, verifying successful job completion and exception processing.
• Should have good creative writing skills and interest in reading.
• Soliciting and compiling information and data related to processing activities
• Using process application and functions such as Excel and Word to update and load data sets.
• Working with mainframe applications and Electronic Response Messaging.
• Communicating with Client Teams.
• Creating and monitoring the processing checklists and calendars.
• Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy.
