Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Accounts Payable
You will collaborate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams in order to accomplish the allocated tasks.
Responsibilities
• Invoice Processing
• Query Resolution
• Supporting Helpdesk activities
• Creating/Amending Vendors/Employees
• Payments
• T&E Claim Processing / Audits etc.
• Adherence to Internal controls
• Manage customer and vendor expectations in regards to payment terms
• Communicate and resolve vendor and customer queries in a timeous and courteous manner
• Manage Invoice and query mail boxes within the required turnaround time
• Reconciliation of vendor statements and communication and follow up on reconciling/outstanding items
• Compile documentation required for payment execution in terms of vendor due dates
• Ensure accurate and timeous delivery in terms of the daily/monthly and weekly deliverables
