Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Invoice to Cash
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
• Prepare and send out invoice, bills
• Prepare, compile, and mail bills for products paid for by clients
• Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
• Respond to billing questions from both local and international customers
• Perform daily financial transactions which includes posting, verifying, and recording accounts receivable data
• Verify discrepancies by clients, and resolve their billing issues
• Help with ad-hoc projects when assigned
• Understanding of creation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure
• Shift : UK-US Shift
Skill Required :
• Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written (I-Speak -6+)
• Good Excel and typing skills
• Eye for detail and quick response time
• Relevant work experience
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• I-Speak -6+
Preferred qualifications
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communications and writing skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
