Job Description
1. The employee is responsible for up skilling employees in the contact centre.
2. Should conduct new hire and process training.
3. Deliver / Facilitate workshops on the Product, Call Flow, Customer Service, Telephone Etiquette & Communication Skills.
4. Should optimally plan the training calendar and should possess good stakeholder management skills
5. The employee should be open to travel to the various redBus offices from time to time.
6. Cater to audience from a beginner to supervisor level.
Skills required:
Should have experience training contact centre employees on:
1. Customer Service
2. New Hire Training / Coaching / Refresher
3. Process Training Experience
4. Soft Skills Telephone etiquette
5. Sales / Product / Up selling
6. Objection Handling
7. English Language / Fluency
Good Communication skills have good presentation skills and proficiency in the English language
Develop content for the above stated modules.
Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis or need identification.

Experience: 2-3 years of process training experience in BPO
