Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) is a significant advantage
At least 7-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field

Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Management
Craft and execute groundbreaking procurement strategies that propel the organization towards its ambitious goals
Stay ahead of the curve by understanding procurement trends, tools, processes to identify new ways to improve the Procurement function
Build and manage reporting of operational metrics and KPIs to ensure Procurement is exceeding expectations
Manage internal projects to develop new procurement capabilities
Operational Oversight
Take charge of daily procurement operations and work across organizations, ensuring every purchase order, requisition, and supplier invoice is processed with precision and speed
Champion compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards
Continuously monitor and refine procurement activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure seamless processes by driving integrated solutions and workflow automation
Manage the tools and processes for Contract Lifecycle Management
Supplier Relationship Management
Drive the implementation of a full vendor portal to streamline interactions with vendors and ease of doing business with Kaseya
Ensure contractual compliance by holding suppliers accountable for meeting contract terms
Resolve any supplier issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining smooth operations
Financial Management
Analyze expenditures to uncover cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies that hit savings targets
Prepare insightful financial reports for senior management and category managers, providing recommendations that drive procurement performance
Team Leadership and Development
Inspire and mentor a team of procurement professionals, guiding them towards achieving departmental and personal growth goals
Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity
Identify training needs and implement programs that enhance the team's skills and knowledge
This position will lead others and may manage a small team
Identify and mitigate risks in the procurement process, ensuring smooth and secure operations
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement Management
