Kronicle is building solutions that empower businesses to automate, optimize, and ensure compliance throughout their contractual workflows.
Job Summary:
KRPL seeks qualified Company Secretaries and CS Interns to join our Compliance Specialist team. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing our secretarial compliance lifecycle management solution, ensuring it meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
· For Company Secretaries: You will lead compliance validation, risk assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
· For CS Interns: You will support compliance activities, learn best practices, and contribute to product development under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
For Both Roles:
· Evaluate product features against secretarial compliance, regulatory, and legal requirements.
· Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement in compliance automation, template libraries, audit trails, and approval workflows.
· Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal advisors to translate regulatory knowledge into actionable product features.
· Support the validation of regulatory alignment—ensuring automated workflows, templates, and notifications enable proactive compliance management.
· Assist in developing, testing, and refining compliance monitoring, version control, document retention, and audit-readiness features.
· Maintain a knowledge base of evolving regulatory trends affecting compliance management solutions.
Additional for Company Secretaries:
· Lead mapping of Companies Act requirements to product features and user stories.
· Coordinate with product, engineering, and QA teams on compliance criteria and feature validation.
· Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) from a secretarial compliance perspective.
· Provide expert guidance on compliance best practices, process integrity, risk management, and documentation requirements.
· Identify and evaluate compliance risks in new features, integrations, and AI-driven contract analysis modules.
· Drive continual product improvement with sales and marketing teams through a compliance and risk management lens.
· Requirements
· For Company Secretaries: Must hold a valid Company Secretary Certificate.
· For CS Interns: Must be pursuing CS and eligible for internship.
· Demonstrated track record in implementing or auditing compliance.
· Knowledge of technology-driven compliance management is a plus.
· Excellent project management skills; able to work cross-functionally and deliver in a fast-paced, agile environment.
