As a Product Demonstration Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to visit popular retailers, where you will Educate, Demonstrate, Sell® to customers, enhance brand visibility, train retail team members, and drive brand success. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about natural, organic, and specialty products and are skilled at conveying that enthusiasm during customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Execute demos, in-store visits, merchandising, and training to exceptional standards.
• Engage customers actively through educational outreach during demonstrations.
• Represent our esteemed clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Develop and maintain great relationships with retailers in your area.
• Complete tailored, in-depth online training for all brands represented.
• Communicate effectively with your management team on various issues.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet responsibilities.
• Manage administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• A genuine passion for promoting and selling clients' brands.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours) and perform physical activities such as bending and lifting.
• Must be willing to travel to various stores with equipment, including portable demo tables or cooking devices weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for weekend work is essential.

• Become the Brand Authority: Master product knowledge to serve as an expert resource for customers and retailers, establishing credibility.
• Maximize Customer Conversion: Deliver engaging educational content that fosters customer interest, drives purchases, and enhances brand awareness.
• Strengthen Retail Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain respectful relationships with retail management and staff to position yourself as a trusted source of product information.
