We are looking for R&D executives who can develop formulations and process parameters for innovative sauces and snack products .

JOB SUMMARY:
Supports for recipe development, Developing & maintaining flavour library, vendor identification development.
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES :

Project a committed attitude by showing a willingness to do whatever it takes to fulfil the duties of positions and via the development of innovative ideas to make the company even better.
Should also have a helpful & respectful attitude when interacting with coworkers, functional heads, cross department and customers, to accomplish overall company goals

Following trends and technological developments in the nutritional food business and helping translate these into new product development ideas and projects
Product Development :
Application of domain knowledge (formulation/technology transfer/ innovation) to convert ideas into final product as per the intended design Creative development resulting in the launch of new products in both current and new categories.
Should have relevant experience to work with NPD, HACCP, quality, regulatory in executing the ideas
Develop technology competencies necessary to maintain a healthy pipeline of product.
Optimize and scale up manufacturing operations for new products to support the growth of organization.
Maintain and record recipes.
